“BEYOND”- Covid-19 launched by KIDZ2KIDZ, an initiative of the JOG (Joy Of Giving) Trust collaborates with both CHILDLINE AND LIFELINE in working collectively to support early intervention services to those in need of protection.

With the enormous challenges faced due to Covid-19, the decision was taken to make use of Legacy funds to support trusted organizations who provide services to those in need of protection well ‘beyond’ the pandemic.

This led to partnering with cooperative collaborations and both CHILDLINE and LIFELINE offer well-trained and carefully selected counsellors who care and offer support to callers facing many crises in their lives every day.

These partners offer toll-free crisis telephone counselling lines to hundreds of callers dealing with abuse, depression, neglect, harassment and bullying. Included in the services are prevention and education programmes at schools, training of volunteers and counsellors who attend to the children in need and all advocate for Children’s Rights.

The synergy of all our partners lead to the success of the work we all do in the communities within South Africa.
