The JOG Trust (Joy Of Giving Trust) is the custodian of Kidz2Kidz Projects and the Santa Shoebox Project. We are one of the leading children’s charity organisations in South Africa.
The JOG (Joy Of Giving) Trust was registered with the Master of High Court, Cape Town in 2009 and is the custodian of both the Kidz2Kidz and Santa Shoebox Projects.
The JOG vision is that of connecting people through the central message of “The Joy of Giving”, not only of material or financial resources but also of time, skills, knowledge and kindness.
Trustees do not earn salaries, and all sponsorship is used to sustain, promote and enhance the various projects under the Trust. As a Level One Contributor to B-BBEE, Kidz2Kidz earns 100 points on the generic scorecard, and with Section 18A status, tax-deductible receipts in recognition of donations can be issued.
The JOG Trust is registered as a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO- 930031301), and Non-Profit Organisation (NPO 102-098).
